StitchVault is run by a very small team. We read every message and we answer most of them within a week, although it sometimes takes longer when the catalogue is in the middle of a refresh.
Corrections. If you find a wrong needle size, mismatched gauge, broken link, or typo in a pattern, please write to hello@stitchvault.example with the URL of the page and a short description of what's off. We treat corrections as priority work and usually fix them within a day.
Designer submissions. If you're a designer who'd like to add a free pattern to the library, we'd love to hear from you. Send the pattern as a PDF or a plain text file, along with a short bio and a link to where else your work lives, to designers@stitchvault.example. We'll let you know within two weeks whether it's a fit and walk you through the editorial process from there.
Accessibility feedback. If something on the site is hard to read, hard to navigate, or breaks with your assistive technology of choice, we want to know. Write to access@stitchvault.example with as much detail as you can share — the page, your browser and screen reader, and what you expected to happen versus what did. We treat accessibility issues with the same urgency as factual corrections.
Press. Press inquiries go to press@stitchvault.example. We're happy to share statistics about the catalogue, talk about how we curate it, and provide quotes for stories on knitting, free patterns, and craft sustainability.
Everything else. Just write to hello@stitchvault.example. There's no contact form on this page on purpose — every form on the open web becomes a spam target eventually, and we'd rather you write to a real human in your own email client.
